Welcome to Craft Health. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Craft Health website located at www.crafthealth.com and any associated mobile applications, content, products, or services (collectively, the “Platform” or “Service”) operated by Craft Health (“Craft Health,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Platform.

1. NO MEDICAL ADVICE

Craft Health is a technology platform that facilitates wellness, health tracking, and connection to independent healthcare providers (“Providers”). Craft Health itself does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The content on the Platform, including text, graphics, images, and information, is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS

To use certain features of the Platform, you must be at least 18 years of age and create an account (“Account”). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your Account password and for any activities or actions under your Account. You must notify us immediately at info@crafthealth.com of any unauthorized use of your Account.

3. USE OF THE PLATFORM AND RESTRICTIONS

Craft Health grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform strictly in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform;
  • Interfere with, damage, or disrupt the operation of the Platform or any user’s enjoyment of it, by uploading viruses, spyware, or other malicious code;
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

4. FEES AND PAYMENT

Certain products or services on the Platform may require payment. You agree to pay all fees, including applicable taxes, associated with your use of the Service or purchases made through the Platform. You authorize Craft Health (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method for all such fees. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise or required by law.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, features, functionality, logos, trademarks, text, software, and graphics on the Platform are the exclusive property of Craft Health or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without express written authorization.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Craft Health, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Craft Health disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Oklahoma (or the state where your business operations are principally headquartered), without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
