As a member of our Front Desk team, Alexis consistently demonstrates integrity, accountability, and a commitment to putting others first. Whether she’s assisting patients during stressful moments, supporting her teammates, or handling challenges behind the scenes, Alexis approaches every situation with honesty, compassion, and professionalism. Her actions reflect a deep understanding that doing the right thing means showing up, following through, and making decisions that serve both our patients and our mission.
What makes Alexis especially deserving of this recognition is the character she brings to work every day. A devoted mother who describes her son as “my world,” Alexis carries that same sense of care and responsibility into her role at Craft Health. She believes in treating people with respect, standing up for what’s right, and maintaining a positive attitude no matter the circumstances.
