Tori Sansevieri
Vice President of Operations of Tulsa Accident Care Center
As Vice President of Operations at Tulsa Accident Care Center, Tori brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and operational leadership to Craft Health. With over a decade of experience in athletic training and healthcare management, she ensures patient care remains central to every operational decision while building systems that enable teams to deliver exceptional outcomes consistently.
Tori’s background as a Certified Athletic Trainer taught her to manage complexity with grace—coordinating athletes, coaches, parents, physicians, and administrators, all with different priorities. Working with athletes recovering from major injuries showed her that health is about more than physical recovery. “The emotional and mental side is just as important,” she says.
Before joining Tulsa Accident Care Center in 2020, Tori spent seven years as an Athletic Trainer at El Camino Real Charter High School and over seven years as Office Manager at Simi Physical Therapy Center. Her diverse background—from working with USA Team Handball to managing physical therapy operations—gives her a comprehensive understanding of healthcare delivery.
Tori’s leadership philosophy centers on transparency, accountability, and empathy. She believes in empowering teams by setting clear expectations and removing barriers. What she enjoys most about Craft Health is the collaboration. “There’s such a strong sense of teamwork here—everyone is committed to doing what’s best for the patient.”
Looking forward, she sees Craft Health’s greatest opportunity in redefining coordinated care. “Patients want a seamless experience, not a maze of appointments and paperwork. We can make healthcare feel streamlined, connected, and personal.”
When not working, Tori spends time with her kids—often at Disneyland—reads romantasy books (she’s set a goal to read 100 books yearly) and attends pop punk concerts with her husband. Fun fact: She appeared in an episode of “24.”
At Craft Health, Tori represents the intersection of clinical excellence and operational innovation, making her invaluable to our mission to restore health across the communities we serve.
