Born and raised in southern Oklahoma, Mike is a lifelong fan of the Oklahoma Sooners, having earned his degree from The University of Oklahoma. He has been married for over 22 years and is the proud father of three children—two daughters, aged 19 and 16, and a 12-year-old son—each of whom is actively involved in high-level sports. His dedication to his family mirrors his professional drive, as he believes in the importance of balancing career success with personal fulfillment.
