As Medical Director at Craft Body Scan, Dr. Jason Schroder combines clinical excellence with entrepreneurial vision to advance the mission of early detection and preventive health. With nearly a decade of experience as a board-certified anesthesiologist and healthcare business leader, he brings a unique perspective on how technology and compassionate care can work together to change patient outcomes.
At Craft Body Scan, Dr. Schroder ensures that every scan is interpreted with thoroughness and clinical expertise, translating complex findings into clear, actionable guidance. His critical care experience gives him an acute awareness of what’s at stake—he has seen too many patients wish they had caught conditions earlier, and he is determined to give others that opportunity.
Since 2018, he has served as an anesthesiologist at Hillcrest Medical Center through EmergencHealth, managing critically ill patients and understanding the challenges of advanced disease. And as President at Pegasus Medical Inc. since 2016, he has gained valuable insight into healthcare innovation.
“My experience with patients undergoing treatment for various cancers, lung and cardiac diseases helped me understand the remarkable impact of early detection,” Dr. Schroder explains. “That’s why I advocate for seeing what’s happening inside the body and addressing it quickly. It’s about the future of a patient’s life.”
Dr. Schroder earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Oklahoma State University, completed his anesthesiology residency at OSU Medical Center, and earned an MBA from OSU.
He lives in Tulsa with his wife Linsy and their two children. When not with his family, he enjoys exercise, camping, and both listening to and playing music. His personal commitment to wellness reflects his philosophy for patients: investing in your wellbeing today protects your future.
